A Healthy Habit of Drinking that Can Literally Save Your Skin

If you want to binge on something healthy, green tea is a good healthy habit. There is so much thrilling research available today regarding green tea. Each and everyday more and more exciting research is coming out. However, don’t stop your research with my article. Because I’m no “expert” in the field, just a beauty goddess who does her research. (and yes, that is my official title) Instead, check out the peer-reviewed data available everywhere:

2001 International Journal of Cancer
If you drink green tea it can help prevent chronic diseases, such as gastritis and stomach cancer. They conducted a trial study using real people. You certainly aren’t dealing with fish and green tea. These are real people in China.

2003 International Journal of Cancer
Angiogenesis and some forms of cancer can actually be kept at bay by drinking green tea. Cancer will not develop without the presence of angiogenesis in your cells. Which means that the healthy habit of green tea will actually help stop cancer in its tracks.

2006 Journal of American Medical Association
There has also been a decrease in carcinogenic deaths due to green tea. Studies showed that those who drink more green tea happen to have lower cancer mortality rates. In a nutshell, green tea basically appears to help them avoid or recover from cancer better.

2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Blood and lymph cancers can also be prevented by green tea. The probability of you developing any of these cancers will be cut in half if you drink at least 5 cups of green tea a day.

Just imagine, those are just four out of thousands….

So, as you have read, green tea is truly a healthy habit you should keep. Start drinking green tea and making it a habit if you don’t already. Believe me, its so much better and better for you than trying to start some new bad habit. You can make your own or take it as a supplement. Can’t stand the taste? Try it in a capsule. This is a healthy habit you can feel good about indulging in, for it will only prolong your life and the beauty of your skin.
