Choosing a Cellulite Reduction Treatment – 3 Ways to Get Rid of Dimples
Sometimes making a choice on anti cellulite treatments is about as educated as gambline. The majority of treatments have shown some success at removing cellulite dimples they don’t always get the same results for all women. How ever the price never changes, and who wants to pay for something and get nothing? No one right.
In this article I’m going to details three different alternatives to treat cellulite. The first two will be spa or clinic treatments that are done in several sessions. The last will be anti cellulite creams, a cellulite treatment that seems to get just as much praise as it does criticism.
Endermologie®
As the only cellulite treatment recognized to work by the FDA Endermologie® has become very popular. It’s popularity how ever has not brought the price down. Each session can cost $100 or more and you must have multiple sessions to achieve the best results.
A small massager with suction and two rollers is used in each session. A trained technician performs the procedure which rolls the upper layer of skin and fat between the rollers. The goal is to stretch the connective tissues in the tissue to leave your legs and thighs looking smoother. It works how ever not forever. Like all cellulite treatments you must continue to get the treatment done.
Mesotherapy
Originating from Europe in the 50’s to treat aging I believe Mesotherapy is the process of using small needles and micro injections of nutrients, supplements and amino acids below the top layers of tissue. The treatment is meant to heal the skin from underneath to the surface. With cellulite it is supposed to reduce new fat from forming to reduce the appearance of cellulite dimples.
Like Endermologie® Mesotherapy is not cheap. Multiple sessions are required and it’s not the most comfortable treatment either. How ever women have been getting satisfactory results with the treatment so people keep going back.
cellulite Lotions
The least evasive anti cellulite treatment is cellulite cream. There are more then a hundred different gels, lotions and creams available to reduce the appearance of cellulite available. From products at department stores to high end boutique creams and gels.
Some of these work while others are just glorified skin creams, you must do your research before you buy. Look for products that contain caffeine, green tea, other antioxidants and skin tighteners. Like the other two treatment methods creams do not get rid of cellulite they just reduce the appearance of it, how ever trying out creams can be a lot less expensive an without any negative side effects like the previous two methods discussed.
