Eyes Workout helps to get better Eye vision:
1. Work out
First of all, sit down in a relaxed position. Cover your eyes with the palms of your hands. Don’t press the eyeballs. Try to rest and watch the dark for 30 seconds. Breathe quietly and intensely all the moment.
1.2 – Work out Sitting in the same position, look up and hold so for 5 seconds. Then free. Now look down hold so for 5 seconds. Then, again, free. Make 5 repetitions.
1.3 – Work out Now look right, hold for 5 seconds and let go. Afterward look left, hold for 5 seconds and relax your eyes. Make 5 repetitions.
1.4 – Work out Spin your eyeballs 5 circles to the left and relax your eyes. Then spin them 5 circles to the right and also rest.
1.5 – Exercise Look at the tip of your nose. Don’t be scared, cross your eyes! Hold for 3 seconds and rest. Then look up at the ceiling with no moving your head, hold for 3 seconds and rest your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
