Have Your Own Spa Day

There are many spas out there and when I type spa treatments london into a search engine I find a range of breaks that cost way over the odds. Inspired by saving money, I set about doing my own.

So, if your like me and can’t afford gift vouchers, this article I will be really useful.

This article will show you how to save money that you might have spent on spa offers.

Now we can look at my day.

11am get organised and plan the day

In order to ‘escape’ it is best that you plan your day. The first thing to do is order everybody out of the house, this is your day.

12pm Start with a steam

Here is a great one I learned at University. You can make a steam environment by using your shower. First you need to block off anywhere you can lose steam. Remember, good things come to those who wait, so turn the shower onto full heat and leave for as long as half an hour. After that time, come back and you should find it nice and steamy.

1pm Lunch

I had a healthy salad.

2pm Time for a bath

Let all your worries drift away and just soak for as long as you want.

3.30 pm – Exercise

If you are feeling a bit too relaxed after the bath, you need to get the blood pumping again.

It is also great to relax if it is gentle. Whether it is a nice countryside walk, or a little bit of yoga or Pilates you can find some gentle exercise to make you feel great.

5.30 – Now you can relax for the evening, either in front of the TV with your partner or maybe a cheeky night out with the girls

You can let the rest of the family back in the house now, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
