Me Being A Humanitarian
I am so happy because the quiz on the internet told me that in my past life, I was an humanitarian who never slept without helping anyone, and giving hope to someone who nearly lost his or her hope to this so complicated life.
So, now I will start being more of an humanitarian by sharing a story on how you can do a few stomach flattening exercises to really burn the fat around your stomach..
I will share with you a very good story about a person, who was so fat and who could not think of anything else except how to get slimmer than ever. She was so fat in her high school days. Her classmates used to call her, “pig” because of her pinkish white complexion and her body which is as huge as the fattest of all. I knew that because I know this person so well.
She believed that dieting is not for her because it will only make her crave for more. That is the reason why they all told her that she better go to the gym. And when she made up her mind that she’s going to the gym for weekends, she then considered that it was not as helpful as what she would expect because it would only make her feel so tired at the end of the day. The next thing which she indulged into was to buy an abdominal sit up machine and a course that focused on ab toning exercises. These were finally the solutions that she was looking for.
In the prior time, she found it so difficult to use, but then she learned how to. And now, she is in continuous use of which.
The abdominal machines gave her all the satisfactions that she needed. Now, she is already as beautiful as what she expected in the past events. I am very confident that she could surpass it all. And now, I am happy to say it to all of you, that that girl who used to have a very low self-esteem is now the confident lass that you are talking to right now. Yup, it is me!
