Wouldnt it be great if you could treat this embarrassing situation at home, in private? Well, you can. Lets discuss what causes yeast infections and how you can avoid getting another one in the future.

Antibiotics and other prescription drugs all play a huge role in triggering a yeast infection. That is why there are so many products for treating yeast infections. Keep in mind, that any autoimmune disorder will make you prone to chronic yeast infections, and so you may need to alter your diet indefinitely to get relief.
For most, treating yeast infections with diet, probiotics and the occasional OTC when taking antibiotics will keep the symptoms at bay.
